Copies of the notice of public hearing, which <br /> includes a map showing the area proposed to be vacated, and proposed resolution of intent to <br /> vacate are enclosed. <br /> The City and Lennar Multifamily Investors have worked together over the last several months to <br /> develop the highest and best use of the parcels located at South East corner of the intersection <br /> of Bradford Street and Main Street. The City proposes to vacate approximately 1,327 square <br /> feet of existing City right-of-way along a portion of Bradford Street. On September 9, 2013 the <br /> City Council of City of Redwood City will consider adoption of a Resolution of Intent to vacate a <br /> portion of Bradford Street, a City right-of-way deeded and accepted for public use.
