WHEREAS, a more compiete description of the proposed Project can be <br /> found in the Initial Study, the Mitigated Negative Declaration and supporting <br /> documents located at the address set forth below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures <br /> related thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board for review and <br /> approval the Initial Study, the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and the <br /> Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals are true and correct. <br /> 2. This Board has reviewed the Initial Study, the Proposed Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration and the Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br /> 3.
