7.3.A. - Page 13 <br />• Contribution toward the cost of the City's evaluation of potential changes to <br />the roadway configuration for Broadway to accommodate a potential future <br />streetcar, bicycle lanes, and/or parallel parking in the amount of $75,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The City Council, having considered the evidence received at the public <br />hearing duly noticed and held for said proposed Development Agreement, finds as <br />follows.. <br />A. The proposed Development Agreement is consistent with the <br />Redwood City General Plan, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Stanford in Redwood City <br />Precise Plan. <br />B. The proposed Development Agreement would become effective <br />upon the effectiveness of the adoption of the Precise Plan. <br />3. The City Council approves the proposed Development Agreement. This <br />approval is based on the City Council's consideration of and reliance on the Final EIR <br />and in accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein, and in the <br />Resolution certifying the Final EIR and conditioned upon and subject to the Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program therein. <br />4.
