B. - Page 6 <br />YLI will finish the last store makeover (#4) for the North Fair Oaks Healthy Corner Store <br />Makeover Project by October 31, 2013. <br />In addition, the Youth Leadership Institute ("YLI") will create a handbook documenting <br />the youth -led corner store makeover approach, with the intention of creating a replicable <br />model that can be implemented in similar neighborhoods in Redwood City.
