Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Cultivate LLC for professional planning services related to the Pete's <br />Harbor project <br />Staff contact: Karen Vaughn, Senior Planner 780-7239 kvaughn@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services <br />Agreement with Cultivate LLC in the amount of $40,000 to provide <br />professional planning assistance with the review and processing of <br />entitlements for Pete's Harbor Planned Development and Tentative Map. <br />D. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Moore <br />lacofano Goltsman Inc. (MIG) for professional environmental planning <br />services related to the Pete's Harbor project <br />Staff contact: Karen Vaughn, Senior Planner 780-7239 kvaughn@redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize City Manager to execute, Amendment <br />No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with MIG in the amount of <br />$37,542 to provide professional environmental planning services, including <br />the preparation of an Addendum to the previously certified Final <br />Environmental Impact Report, for the Pete's Harbor project, resulting in a <br />total Agreement amount of $95,847. <br />E. Response to July 18, 2013 Civil Grand Jury Report entitled "San Mateo <br />County Special Districts: Who is Really in Charge of the Taxpayer's <br />Money?
