By what authwity do you allow the testing regulation to be <br />waived? I have been UNABLE TO BUILD on the lots I own due to these sarme regulations, and <br />my lots aren't as shop as the Laurel Way lots. <br />I am not against development in gcn=L however, these sub -standard lots were purchased for <br />extremely low prices because they were just that - sub -standard lotsl Now this same group wants <br />to develop inappropriate, too large homes which will ruin the quality ofour neighb0rh00d. <br />As I'm sae you know, our homeowner group has engaged a real estate attomey and will have a <br />public website soon.
