My <br />review facused an the Geology and Solis and the Hazards and Hazardous Materials sections. I <br />hmm found the Draft and Final EIRs to inadequately disclose, and therefore mitigate, landsllding <br />hazards and potential soil contamination Issues. Prior to certification of the EIR, supplemental <br />studies should be conducted to assess these Issues and to identify raltip"On measures to <br />ensure protection of property and public health. <br />Failure to Disclose Geologic Hazards: <br />1. Evidence for a large, deep-seated rotational or translational landslide complex In the <br />eastern area o1: the development is not addressed in the DEIR.
