As we <br />discussed, we made a few minor corrections and edits to the plan: <br />Replaced "IS" with "EW in second paragraph of A-1. <br />2. Replaced "CEQA Section 15097(a)" with "CEQA Guideline 15097(a)" in second and <br />fourth paragraphs of p. A-1. <br />3. Revised first paragraph of "Purpose of MMRP" to read "...facilitate implementation, <br />enforceability, and monitoring of the mitigation measures..." <br />4. Revised the third bullet point in that same section to read, "...implementing, enforcing, <br />and monitoring the mitigation measures" <br />5. Added "discretionary" before the phrase "permit requirements" in the fifth line of the <br />second paragraph on p. Aa <br />6. Added "In order to meet the performance standards articulated in the mitigation <br />measures," at the beginning of the second to last paragraph on p. A-3. <br />7.
