EXHIBIT"A" <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Consultant shall prepare for the City, topographic survey base maps as outlined in this <br /> agreement. Base maps will be utilized during the design stage of upcoming sanitary <br /> sewer replacement project to determine all necessary physical features within the <br /> project limits and the project scope as listed below. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> Consultant shall prepare the topographic survey base maps to include the following: <br /> 1. All physical features within the project area. Physical features shall include those <br /> listed below as well as any other man made improvements. Survey shall include <br /> grade breaks. <br /> a. Sewer manhole rim elevations, pipe inverts at manhole, pipe diameters, sewer <br /> lateral cleanouts and sewer lines. <br /> b. Storm drain manhole rim elevations, pipe inverts at manhole, pipe diameters, <br /> drain inlets bottom, drain inlets pipe inverts, catch basin grate elevations and <br /> storm drain lines. <br /> c. Water valve boxes, meter boxes, anode boxes, fire hydrants and water lines. <br /> d. Gas valve boxes and gas lines. <br /> e. Traffic signal boxes, street light boxes, utility vaults, electrical poles, loop <br /> detectors, traffic sign posts, street lights, and electrical lines. <br /> f. Cable N boxes, Cable N lines, telephone poles, telephone lines and <br /> overhead lines. <br /> g. Street monuments. <br /> h. Property lines or lot boundaries, right-of-way lines and house addresses <br /> (approximate from City Block Book). <br /> i. Curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways, wheelchair ramps, property fences, trees <br /> within the right of way. <br /> 2. Consultant topographic base maps and to be completed in AUTOCAD capable of <br /> plotting at scale of 1"=20'.
