City will evaluate Consultar�t's duties pursuaM to this <br /> Agreeme� to determine whether disclosure under the Political Reform Act and Cit�s <br /> Conflict of Interest Code is required of Consultant or ar�y af ConsultaM's employees, <br /> agerrts, or subcontradors. Should it be determined that disdosure is required, <br /> Consultant or ConsuRant's affected employees, agents, or suboaitra�tors will complete <br /> and flle with the City Clerk those schedules specified by City and c�ontained in the <br /> Statement of Eoonomic Irrterests Form 700. <br /> Consultant, for ConsultaM and on behalf o�F Consultant's agents, employees, <br /> subcontractors and c�nsultants warrants that by execxatio� of this Agreement, that they <br /> have no interest, preserrt or contemplated, in the projects sffected by this Agreement <br /> Consultant further warrarrts that neither Consultant, nor Consultant's agents, <br /> empbyees, suboontractors and consultaMs have any ancillary real property, business <br /> interests or income that will be affeded by this A�eement or, altematively, that <br /> Consultant will file with City an affidavit disclosing this interest. <br /> 18. General Comnliance with Laws. Consultant will keep fully informed aF federal, <br /> state and bcal laws and ordinances and regulations whidi in any manner affec� those <br /> empbyed by Consultant, or in any way affect the performanoe of the Servioes by <br /> Consultant. ConsultaM will at all times observe and comply with these laws, ordinanc�es, <br /> and regulations and will be responsible for the compliance aF Consultant's Services with <br /> all applic�ble laws, or�dinances and regulations. <br /> 19. pi�crimination and Harassment Prohibited.
