Staff presentation on the commercial space inventory computerized database and its uses; <br /> REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Executive Director, October 24, 1994 <br /> Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church described the commercial space <br /> inventory database that will be made accessible to owners, agents, and brokers to help <br /> them market properties in the downtown. <br /> Planning and Redevelopment Specialist Milakovich described how this program was <br /> assembled from existing and new data and put together in this database. <br /> Redevelopment Intern Michael Cady described the database collection process, and <br /> Redevelopment Intern Michael Sheena demonstrated the database software. <br /> Redevelopment Specialist Mark Milakovich described the newsletter being sent to all <br /> the commercial brokers on the peninsula describing this database and other programs such <br /> as the storettont improvement program, and advised that all this information will be <br /> available to the Chamber of Commerce which will soon be directly linked to the <br /> Redevelopment Agency office and the database itself. <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />- B.
