PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> A. Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, advised that according to Finance Director Ponty, Sequoia <br /> Station had loaned $4.3 million to the Redevelopment Agency and would be paid back at <br /> the rate of $300,000 per year ttom tax increment funds.
