A portion of Lot 15 as shown on the map entitled "WOOSTER, WHITTON & MONTGOMERY'S SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE REDWOOD FARM", heretofore recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County and State, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 15 distant thereon 150' Northwesterly from the intersection of said line of said lot with the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence South 44° 30' West 144.60 feet; thence parallel with the Northeasterly boundary line of said lot North 45° 30' West 200 feet; thence parallel with said line of Roosevelt Avenue North 44° 30' East 144.60 feet to the Northeasterly line of said lot 15; thence along said last named line South 45° 31'East 200 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL XVIII: (RED MORTON PARK) Portion of Lot 15, as designated on the map entitled "WOOSTER, WHITTON & MONTGOMERY'S SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE REDWOOD FARM", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Maps at page 31 and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at page 10, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue, sixty (60) feet in width, at the most Easterly corner of Lot 15, as said Avenue and Lot are shown on the map above mentioned; thence from said point of beginning along the Northeasterly line of said lot, North 45° 30' West 150.00 feet; thence South 44° 30' West 36.00 feet; thence South 45° 30' East 150.00 feet to the Northwesterly line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence North 44° 30'East 36.00 feet, to the point of beginning. PARCEL XIX: (RED MORTON PARK) Lot numbered thirteen (13) as shown on that certain map entitled "WOOSTER, WHITTON AND MONTGOMERY'S SUBDIVISION, OF A PART OF THE REDWOOD FARM", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Original Maps at page 31 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at page 10. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said Lot 13 as conveyed by Hollis Chenery Clark to City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporation, dated January 16, 1923 and recorded Febnzary 7, 1923 in Book 68 of Official Records at page 41, described as follows: BEGINNING at the most Northerly corner of Lot 13 and running thence Southeasterly 150.22 feet along the Northeasterly line of Lot 13; thence North 84° 13' West 194.60 feet to a point in the Northwesterly line of Lot 13; thence Northeasterly 123.16 feet along said Northwesterly line of Lot 13 to the point of beginning.
