Section 1. Termination of 1991 Memorandum of Lease. The Memorandum of Lease, <br /> recorded on August 7, 1991, as Instrument No. 91102772 in the official records of the San Mateo <br /> County Recorder, as modified by a document recorded on December 3, 1998, as Instrument No. <br /> 98-199543 in the official records of the San Mateo County Recorder, is terminated and is of no <br /> further force or effect. <br /> Section 2. Termination of 1998 Sub-Lease Memorandum. The Memorandum of Sub- <br /> Lease, recorded on July 8, 1998, as Instrument No. 98-108186 in the official records of the San <br /> Mateo County Recorder, as modified by a document recorded on December 3, 1998, as <br /> Instrument No. 98-199544 in the official records of the San Mateo County Recorder, is <br /> terminated and is of no further force or effect. <br /> Section 3. Termination of 1991 Indenture. The Indenture of Trust, dated as of July 15, <br /> 1991, by and between the Authority and Security Pacific National Bank as trustee, as disclosed <br /> by the Memorandum of Lease Agreement by and between the Authority and the City, dated as of <br /> June 1, 1991 and recorded August 7, 1991, as Instrument No. 91102772 in the official records of <br /> the San Mateo County Recorder, is terminated and is of no further force or effect. <br /> Section 4. Termination of 2003 Site Lease. The 2003 Site Lease, recorded on <br /> December 16, 2003, as Instrument No. 2003-346680 in the official records of the San Mateo <br /> County Recorder, is terminated and is of no further force or effect. <br /> Section 5. Termination of 2003 Memorandum of Lease. The Memorandum of Lease, <br /> recorded on December 16, 2003, as Instrument No. 2003-346681 of the official records of the <br /> San Mateo County Recorder, is terminated and is of no further force ar effect. <br /> Section 6. Counterparts. This Termination Agreement may be executed, approved and <br /> acknowledged in several counterparts, all or any one of which shall be regarded for all purposes <br /> as one original and shall constitute and be but one and the same instrument. <br /> Section 7. Applicable Law.
