EXHIBIT C <br /> DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE <br /> Real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> as follows: <br /> PARCEL I: (MAIN LIBRAR� <br /> COMMENCING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue distant thereon 100 <br /> feet Northeasterly from the Northeasterly line of Railroad Avenue, formerly called Pennsylvania <br /> Avenue; thence running Southeasterly at right angles to said Southeasterly line of Jefferson <br /> Avenue to the center line of the West branch of the Redwood Creek, being also the Westerly <br /> boundary line of the property conveyed to F. K. Towne by the Redwood City School District,by <br /> Deed recorded June 18, 1926 in Book 240 of Offcial Records at page 238; thence running <br /> Northerly and along said boundary line of property conveyed to F. K. Towne to the <br /> Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, formerly called Center Street as described in that certain <br /> Deed to the Town of Redwood City, recorded January 4, 1911 in Book 195 of Deeds at page 23; <br /> thence running North 52° 54' West and along said line of Middlefield Road to said Southeasterly <br /> line of Jefferson Avenue; thence running Southwesterly and along said line of Jefferson Avenue <br /> 122.28 feet,more or less,to the point of commencement. <br /> BEING a portion of Block numbered four (4) as shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF <br /> THE PROPERTY IN VILLA LOTS OF J.
