AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE AND <br /> EQUIPMENT ACQUISITION SERVICES <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered inta and effective as of August 1S`, 2014, <br /> extending the agreement dated August 1 St, 2013 for Vehicle and Equipment Acquisition <br /> Services by and befinreen the City af Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and City of San Mateo ("San Mateo") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties"�. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On August 1 St 2013, the Parties executed a Vehicle and Equipment <br /> Acquisition Services Agreement; and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time ta time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of one year ending on August 1 St 2015. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Parties pursuant to <br /> the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include coverage <br /> far this Amendment. <br /> 4.
