b. At no time shall the City be under any obligation to disburse money <br /> to Redwood City 2020 in excess of the amount on deposit. The Cabinet <br /> acknowledges that money received by the City will not be available for <br /> disbursement for three (3) business days after the funds have been deposited by <br /> City, or for a longer period, as deemed appropriate by City's Finance Director. <br /> 6. Acts and Omissions of Executive Director. The acts and omissions of the <br /> Executive Director or any other employees, agents or volunteers acting on behalf of <br /> Redwood City 2020 shall not in any way be construed as the acts and omissions of the <br /> City but shall be deemed as the acts and omissions of the Parties acting jointly. <br /> 7. Notices. Each Party <br /> will notify the others immediately of any changes of address that would require any <br /> notice or delivery to be directed to another address. <br /> 8. Discrimination and Harassment Prohibited. Each of the Parties will comply with <br /> all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination and <br /> harassment. <br /> 9. Termination. Any Party may withdraw from this Agreement by giving the other <br /> Parties sixty (60) days prior written notice.
