This document (expected to be between five and ten pages in length ) will <br /> document the input received by the project team through the various outreach methods (i.e. <br /> community meetings, stakeholder interviews, speaking engagements, community meeting <br /> comment cards, web surveys, hotline questions, etc.). This will include <br /> providing input and options to the CTTY, for completion of this task The CITY will be <br /> responsible for hiring a specialized consultant that will complete this task and prepare the report. <br /> Members of the PDT and Caltrans staff will be invited to participate. CONSULTANT will help <br /> to solicit this participation. The purpose of the Value Analysis Study will be to investigate <br /> further improvements to project quality, and reductions in cost and environmental impacts. The <br /> design team will support Value Analysis consultant by attending the VA Team meeting, <br /> providing relevant project data and plans, and incorporating agreed upon comments into the <br /> design. CONSULTANT will include preliminary analysis to determine the "order-of- <br /> magnitude" differences between the Project and the Value Engineered alternative.
