7.1.D. - Page 71 • Other direct costs for materials and expenses directly attributable to Subconsultants' work performed under this Agreement will be calculated based on actual price; allowable other direct costs are the following: • Data collection • Outsourced computer modeling • Postage and delivery • Printing and reproduction • Travel expenses for local business trips to and from the City and Project site, including use of rental vehicles and company and personal vehicles, shall be billed at 56.5 cents per mile or the current IRS rate for same. Provided the services covered by each monthly invoice have been completed according to the provisions of this Agreement, City shall pay the Consultant the amount shown in the invoice within thirty (30) days of City's approval of the invoice. Failure to provide invoices as prescribed in this Agreement could jeopardize City's timely payments to Consultant. Consultant shall seek written approval from City before incurring any costs, or applying any reimbursement terms, that differ from those stated herein. It is expressly understood and agreed that in no event shall Consultant be compensated in an amount greater that the amount specified herein without prior issuance of a written modification to this Agreement by City. If at any time, Consultant has reason to believe that the total compensation payable for the performance of services under this Agreement will exceed the maximum not-to-exceed amount set herein, Consultant shall notify City immediately in writing to that effect, indicating the estimated additional amount necessary to complete the services in the Agreement.
