General Campliance with Laws. Consultant will keep fully informed af federal, <br /> state and local laws and ordinances ar�d reguiations which in any manr�er affect those <br /> emplayed by Consultant, or i� any way affect the pertormance of the Ser�ic�s �y <br /> Cflnsultanfi. Consultar�t will at ali times observe and comply with thes� laws, <br /> ordir�ances, and regulations and wiil be responsible for the cvmpiiar�ce of Consultant's <br /> Services witi� all applica�le Iaws, ordinances and regulations. <br /> ' 19. Discrimination and Harassment Prohi�ited. Consu�tant will comply with all <br /> appl�cable local, state and federal laws ar�d regulatior�s prohibitEng discriminafion and <br /> harassment. <br /> 20. Termination. �n the event af fhe Consultanfi's fail�re to prosecute, deli�er, or <br /> perform the Services, City may terminate this Agreement for nanperformance by <br /> notifyir�g Cansultan� in writing pursuant to th� notice pravisions of this Agreement. <br /> �f City decides ta abandon or postpar�e fhe work or services cantemplated by this <br /> Agreeme�t, C�ty may termir�afie this Agreement upan written notice to Consultar�t <br /> pursuanf ta the notice pravisions of fhis Agreement. Termination will be effective <br /> imme�iately upon notification. � <br /> �ither Party upon tendering thirty (30} days written notice to the other party may <br /> tierminate this Agreement. <br /> Within 10 days ofi termination Consultar��will assemble ti�e work produc�withouf charge <br /> and put it in or�er for proper filir�g and closing and deliver if ta City.
