ROLL CALL <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 20, 2012 <br /> M/S (Radcliffe/Schmidt) to approve the minutes of March 20, 2012 as submitted. <br /> Motion Passed 6-0 <br /> 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> Colt Rhymer, a disabled veteran, stated that he moved to Redwood City to get care from <br /> the VA hospital and be able to walk to everything he needs. He noted there seems to be <br /> a big drive for entertainment as a main source of income for the City and stated that <br /> music is played frequently during the summer months and is a problem for many people <br /> in Downtown. He stated the City plan doesn't let sound dissipate and noted that the <br /> police don't seem to enforce any kind of noise level. <br /> 4.
