7.1.C. - Page 21 <br /> 90% Design PS&E <br /> The design team will review the 65% design documents and make revisions based on <br /> comments from and discussions with the City. Our budget assumes there are no layout <br /> changes or scoping changes after the 65% submittal. The plans, specifications and estimates <br /> will be advanced to the 90% completion level. Bellecci will verify that construction costs are <br /> within the City's project budget and coordinate with City staff to review the 90% design <br /> documents. If requested by the City, Consultant shall be available to meet to discuss and <br /> review comments. Consultant to provide one hardcopy of the 90% plans and cost estimates in <br /> addition to PDFs of the files to be emailed to the City. <br /> 100% Design PS&E <br /> For the 100% submittal the Bellecci Team will provide: 1) one set of reproducible plans, <br /> specifications, and construction cost estimate, signed and sealed by the registered civil <br /> engineer, in accordance with California State Law, 2) an itemized bid schedule and <br /> specifications that contains measurement & payment clauses, and 3) an electronic version <br /> (native format and PDF) of the plans, specifications and estimate on a CD. <br /> REV:09-26-13 VR <br /> Page 19 of 38 <br />
