On October 7, 2013, the City Council held a public hearing and received <br /> evidence offered by interested persons and finds that the described portions of Bradford <br /> Street right-of-way is unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes and <br /> therefore City hereby vacates portions of Bradford Street. <br /> 3. The portion of Bradford Street hereby vacated is more fully described in <br /> Exhibit A (legal description) and Exhibit B (plat) attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> 4.
