i <br /> 1,6 Training <br /> The following training is provided by Crossroads Software, Inc. as part of the purchase <br /> of the SYSTEM. <br /> 1.6.1 Collision Database System—End User Training <br /> Crossroads Software, Inc., will provide the City with two training sessions consisting of <br /> four hours of training each. These sessions will deal with the use of system. The first <br /> training session will be conducted on-site. The second training session is conducted <br /> remotely using a GoToMeeting online meeting. <br /> 1.6.2 System Mnintenance and Administration Training <br /> As part of the system training, Crossroads Software, Inc., will provide administration and <br /> system maintenance training to a designated group of system support staff assigned to <br /> the project at the City of Redwood City. <br /> 1.7 Schedule <br /> All of the Consultant's work to implement items for the successful delivery and <br /> implementation of the collision dataset system (master license), GIS and Google Earth <br /> collision mapping module (master license), review and edit of a GIS centerline map of the <br /> city and its sphere of influence, electronic input and verification of SWITRS traffic collision <br /> data for five years, street layout table, and one training session for police and engineering <br /> staff is to be completed by September 30, 2013—the deadline of the City's grant from the <br /> California Office of Traffic Safety. <br /> The remaining work to extend the implementation to the Police Department—second site <br /> license for the collision database system and GIS collision mapping module, and report <br /> writing training- is to be complete by December 31, 2013. <br /> 1.8 Budget <br /> Consultant shall perform the Services for fixed fee of $36,080.
