i EXHIBIT A 1. Scope of Work/Tasks Deadline Contractor shall establish two valet stations: October 4, 2013 • 2200 Broadway Street, Redwood City • City Main Library Main Street Parking lot Contractor shall provide all signs necessary to support the operation October 4, 2013 Contractor shall provide two valet parking podiums with all supportive apparatus October 4, 2013 Contractor shall provide sufficient employees support for two stations, with employees dressed in uniforms with identifying nametags October 4, 2013 Contractor shall provide valet service from 5:30 pm until 11 pm each and every Friday and Saturday far the duration of the Agreement(October 4, 2013 —October 1, 2014), whether or not such day shall fall on a holiday and despite any inclement weather. • The valet service shall include a minimum of 2 attendants from 5:30 pm until 6 pm, weekly on each Friday and Saturday. • The valet service shall include a minimum of 4 attendants from 6 pm until 11 pm weekly on each Friday and Saturday. City shall provide three parking lots for the operation of the valet service for the duration of the Agreement at: • The History Museum Parking Lot • The Law Library Parking Lot • City Main Library Main Street Parking Lot Or other properties as agreed to between the Parties. 2. Pavment Terms. Payment shall be monthly in the sum of$4,000, for the weekly Friday and Saturday night valet service. Operator may charge and retain $5 per vehicle parked. Additional service days will be provided upon written request by City at$461/day. Contractor's monthly fee is due and payable even if City cancels any service within the billing period.
