EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 1. Scope of WorW Tasks <br /> Contractor will provide shuttle services for powntown Redwood City patrons as follows: <br /> a) Beginning on Friday, October 11, 2013, Contractor will provide shuttle service <br /> using a 30 passenger mini coach bus free of charge to riders. <br /> b) The shuttle service will be operating from 6pm to l lpm each and every Friday <br /> and Saturday in October,November and December of 2013 on a weekly basis, but <br /> excluding Saturday, October 12, 2013, Saturday, December 7, 2013 and any other <br /> day as may be excluded by the City by providing written notice thereof to <br /> Contractor. The parties understand and acknowledge that this schedule is subject <br /> to change and that the City may include additional days far shuttle services by <br /> providing prior written notice to Contractor. <br /> c) The shuttle service route will commence at the San Mateo County Government <br /> Center Parking Garage and proceed toward Downtown Redwood City on <br /> Middlefield, serving Broadway, Main Street, Winslow, and other adjoining <br /> streets. The shuttle will make stops at locations to be designated by the City's <br /> Economic Development Manager and as may be modified from time to time. The <br /> actual route will be subject to revision by the City by providing written notice <br /> thereof to Contractor, due to ongoing construction and the potential of two-way <br /> streets becoming one-way. <br /> d) Contractor reserves the right to refuse to allow anyone to board or ride the shuttle <br /> who is behaving inappropriately, or participating in willful misconduct, or is <br /> perceived to be a nuisance or threat to other passengers and/or the chauffeur. <br /> e) The shuttle will display signage approved by the City. <br /> 2. Payment Terms. <br /> Contractor will invoice City on a bi-monthly basis and will charge a flat fee of$132.40 per hour <br /> in operation ($662 for 5-hour shuttle service), for the shuttle services provided. <br /> Contractor may not charge riders any fee for such shuttle services. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013.190/MOSAIC GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION SHUTTLE SERVICE <br /> REV: 10-08-13 VR <br /> 4 of 4 <br />
