10/09/2013 WHEREAS, the Oversight Board passed Resolution OB 13-05 on September 19, 2013, approving the ROPS 13-14B; and WHEREAS, the State Department of Finance rejected the ROPS 13-14B submitted through the Redevelopment Agency Dissolution Web Application and is requiring that the Oversight Board correct and resubmit a revised ROPS 13-14B; and WHEREAS, the Successor Agency has prepared a revised Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for the period January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 for the enforceable obligations of the Successor Agency ("ROPS 13-14B") pursuant to the State Department of Finance's direction; and WHEREAS, the Oversight Board held a public meeting on October 9, 2013, and considered the ROPS 13-14B following the notice required by law; and WHEREAS, the Oversight Board desires to rescind Resolution OB 13-05 and adopt this Resolution in its stead. NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and incorporated herein. Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby rescinds Resolution OB 13-05. Section 3. The Oversight Board hereby approves the ROPS 13-14B, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, and hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to make necessary revisions or amendments to the ROPS form based upon new direction or guidance from the State Department of Finance. Section 4. The Oversight Board hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk to transmit the approved ROPS 13-14B, by mail or electronic means, to the San Mateo County Auditor-Controller, the State Controller and the State Department of Finance by October 10, 2013. Section 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post a copy of the approved ROPS on the Successor Agency's website by October 10, 2013 Section 6.
