RD 95-08 OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> THE THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PHASE I OF THE SEQUOIA STATION PROJECT (Sequoia <br /> Station Developers, Inc.); <br /> ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE. <br /> AYES: DIRECTORS BUCHAN, HARTNETT, HOWARD, LA BERGE, <br /> SANFILIPO AND MAYOR GASPARINI <br /> NOES: DIRECTOR STEINFELD <br /> In reference to Item 3.C.2), a resolution regarding Phase II of the Sequoia Station <br /> DDA, Director Church advised the Board Members that earlier Monday, June 26, 1995, <br /> the Redevelopment Agency had been advised that "Safeway and the owner of the subject <br /> property, Rosalee Davies, had reached a voluntary agreement on the sale of the subject site <br /> to Safeway...... As a consequence, Safeway had requested the withdrawal of the Phase II <br /> DDA from the Agenda." Director Church advised that the City adopted a Specific Plan for <br /> the property and the City's planning and land use controls will ensure that the property is <br /> developed according to that plan. <br /> Mayor Gasparini requested that the above explanation be included in the record to <br />- explain why the Board took no action on the resolution that had been listed on the Agenda. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 13-9SRD <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 4.
