Approval of Final Redevelopment Agency Budget for 1996-97; (404) <br /> REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church, July 29, 1996; <br /> Director Church advised that the proposed budget reflected the only change the Board <br />- Directors made to the draft budget on June 15, 1996 increasing the line item in the bond <br /> issue budget for the San Mateo County Historical Museum to $375,000. <br /> In response to Board Director's questions, Director Church advised that if the Board <br /> wished to hold in abeyance any item, the proposed allocated funds would be placed in the <br /> unappropriated funds, and by amendment the Board Director's could allocate funds at a <br /> later date. Also, funding amounts could be increased or decreased within the constraints of <br /> the total budget. <br /> Agency Board Directors discussed budget items and appropriate funding amounts. <br /> Chairman Hartnett suggested holding the funds for the Auto Mall!Cluster ($250,000) <br /> and the Retail Anchor Program ($200,000) in the unappropriated funds account and <br /> increase the budget for the StorefTont Improvement Program. <br /> Director Leipzig said he supported an increase to the StorefTont Improvement Program, <br /> but could not support the proposed budget.
