Attorney Schricker replied <br /> "That is correct, insofar as the legal aspects are concerned. I refer to staff with respect to <br /> factual matters, but.... my view of it is, that it adequately discloses the information <br /> required, with the modifications as indicated in my letter." <br /> Mayor Hartnett asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak to this issue.
