I I ,. <br /> <br /> Director Ponty introduced the supporting counsel and consultants in the audience: <br /> Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church, Virginia Horler fTom Rausher Pierce <br />- Refsnes, Inc., Russ Miller and Sean Tierney fTom Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth, <br /> bond counsel, and Stephanie Lovette fTom Katz Hollis & Coren, financial adviser. <br /> In response to Chairman Hartnett's questions, Redevelopment Agency Attorney <br /> Schricker said he had no further information to add to his previous letter to the Council. <br /> He advised he had spoken with the underwriters' attorneys "and they are amenable to <br /> making the changes." <br /> Chairman Hartnett asked Attorney Schricker, "Based upon those changes being <br /> incorporated in the statement that would be issued to the public, it is your opinion that it <br /> adequately discloses that which needs to be disclosed?" Attorney Schricker replied <br /> "That is correct, insofar as the legal aspects are concerned. I refer to staff with respect to <br /> factual matters, but.... my view of it is, that it adequately discloses the information <br /> required, with the modifications as indicated in my letter." <br /> Mayor Hartnett asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak to this issue.
