Scott Stanley, 215 Sunkist Lane, Los Altos, Mr. Boicelli's son-in-law, speaking as a representative of Mr. Boicelli's two daughters and his other son-in-law, advised the Agency Directors of Mr. Boicelli's recent illness, and asked that his family be given an extension to seek new representation and to determine their legal rights. Chairman Hartnett asked if anyone else wished to speak to this issue. No one came forward. In response to Director Claire's questions, Mr. Fitzgerald said the proposed resolution addresses the four aforementioned questions of whether the Agency had the legal right to file eminent domain proceedings, and did not address settlement issues. He reiterated that he would be happy to work with the Boicellis and their attorney, and advised that the legal process could continue on a parallel track with negotiations with the Boicellis. Chairman Hartnett said these properties were an integral part of the proposed Mezes Plaza Project and directed Mr. Fitzgerald to work with the Boicelli family. MIS: CLAIRE/RUSKIN.
