<br /> In response to Mr. Shevelyov's questions regarding eminent domain, Redevelopment <br /> Agency/City Attorney Schricker said, "Again, I really don't want to be evasive or appear <br /> evasive, but we are prepared to describe to people who are interested in this matter, the <br /> legal process, and let them make their own conclusions, because they have to. We cannot <br /> speculate as to time matters.... Agencies have the authority to exercise eminent domain. <br /> The question of the use of that power undoubtedly may come under discussion of the <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement." In response to Mr. Shevelyov's request for <br /> something in writing, Attorney Schricker said, "A definite maybe on that." <br /> Chairperson Howard advised that projected time lines would be better discussed after the <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement had been concluded, and apologized to Mr. <br /> Shevelyov for not being able to provide more help at this time. <br /> MIS: CLAIRE/RUSKIN.
