11.1.1 Commercial General Liabilitv Insurance. $1,000,000 combined <br /> single-limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property <br /> damage. If the submitted policies contain aggregate limits, general <br /> aggregate limits will apply separately to the work under this Agreement or <br /> the general aggregate will be twice the required per occurrence limit. <br /> 11.1.2 Business Automobile Liabilitv. $1,000,000 combined single-limit per <br /> accident for bodily injury and property damage. Business Automobile <br /> Liability Insurance will cover all owned, non-owned and hired autos. <br /> 11.1.3 Workers' Compensation and Emplover's Liabilitv. Workers' <br /> Compensation limits as required by the California Labor Code and <br /> Employer's Liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury. <br /> Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability insurance will not be <br /> required if Consultant has no employees and provides, to City's <br /> satisfaction, a declaration stating this. <br /> 11.1.4 Property Insurance. Property Insurance will cover ConsultanYs own <br /> equipment as well any materials to be installed (if any). <br /> 11.1.5 Professional Liabilitv. Errors and omissions liability appropriate to <br /> Consultant's profession with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per claim. <br /> 11.1.6 Contractors' Pollution Liabilitv Insurance and/or Environmental <br /> Liabilitv Insurance. If deemed appropriate by City or Consultant in <br /> consideration of the Services to be provided hereunder, insurance will <br /> cover potential pollution or environmental contamination or accidents with <br /> limits of$1,000,000 per claim. <br /> 11.1.7 Railroad Protective Liabilitv Insurance. If the Services will include <br /> any construction or demolition work within 50 feet of railroad tracks, <br /> Railroad Protective Liability Insurance with limits of $2,000,000 per <br /> occurrence and $6,000,000 annual aggregate. <br /> 11.2. Additional Provisions. Consultant will ensure that the policies of insurance <br /> required under this Agreement contain, or are endorsed to contain, the following <br /> provisions: <br /> 11.2.1 For Commercial General Liability Insurance: the insurance will <br /> include a Separation of Interest endorsement and City, its officers, agents, <br /> volunteers and employees, and the San Mateo County Transportation <br /> Authority its officers, agents, volunteers and employees, will be named as <br /> additional insureds. <br /> 11.2.2 For Automobile Liability Insurance: City, its officers, agents, <br /> volunteers and employees will be named as additional insureds. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013.164/URS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES A6R <br /> REV:10-15-13 VR <br /> Page 5 of 78 <br />
