r <br /> ♦ <br /> EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 0.0 GENERAL <br /> CONSULTANT shall conduct constructability and design review of the City's Bair Island <br /> Storm Drain Pump Station Project, at 90% completion, including: review of site layout; <br /> pump station's civil and mechanical constructability/design; and electrical system <br /> constructability/design. <br /> 0.1 The performance of all services by CONSULTANT shall be to the satisfaction <br /> of the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> 0.2 All of the services to be furnished by the CONSULTANT under this <br /> AGREEMENT from the inception of the AGREEMENT until termination of the <br /> AGREEMENT shall meet the professianal standards and quality which prevail <br /> among project and construction management consultants of similar <br /> knowledge and skill engaged in similar work throughout California under the <br /> same or similar circumstances. All services performed by CONSULTANT <br /> shall be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local codes, rules <br /> and regulatians which are in force at the time such services are rendered. <br /> 0.3 CONSULTANT shall coordinate all services with and communications <br /> between the REDWOOD CITY's Engineering Manager and REDWOOD <br /> CITY's staff, including engineering and legal staff to ensure compliance with <br /> any city adopted standards ordinances that may affect the outcome of this <br /> effort. <br /> 0.4 CONSULTANT shall schedule and attend all meetings necessary, and as <br /> directed by REDWOOD CITY's Engineering Manager, in order to complete all <br /> services to the satisfaction of THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> 1.0 Deliverables <br /> CONSULTANT shall document its constructability review of the City's third party designed <br /> Bair Island Storm Drain Pump Station Project and deliver ta City the following documents: <br /> • Excel file with comments <br /> • Red marked plan set <br /> 2.0 Compensation <br /> CONSULTANT shall review the 90% drawings, and associated specifications for a lump <br /> sum fee of$8,000 with delivery of the review to your office by Octaber 31, 2013. <br /> REV:10-25-13 VR <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br /> ATTYlAGR.2013. 2Q8NAN I R_5000 <br />
