ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> Quality Act ("CEQA") and the CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title <br /> 14, Sections 15000 et seq.). The proposed ordinance is exempt under Article 12, <br /> Section 15183 of the CEQA Guidelines because the action to adopt a process for <br /> Reasonable Accommodation and to permit transitional and supportive housing is <br /> covered within the City's adopted General Plan and as such has been mitigated. <br /> Section 4. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and <br /> exhibits presented, the Planning Commission finds the Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br /> to be in the public interest and in conformance with the General Plan and the goals and <br /> objectives of Article 41 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Section 5. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br /> of the City of Redwood City adopt this Zoning Ordinance Amendment to do the <br /> following: <br /> a. Amend Article 2, Definitions, of the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance by adding the text shown in underline (example), as provided in <br /> Exhibit A. New definitions shall be inserted into the Zoning Ordinance in <br /> alphabetical order. <br /> b. Add Article 56, Reasonable Accommodation, to the Redwood City <br /> Zoning Ordinance, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br /> Section 6.
