��1'V It��� <br /> FIREARMS TRAINING FACILITY AGREEMENT <br /> [Atherton] <br /> THLS AGREEMENT is made and entered 'into this 1St day of Navember, 2013, by <br /> and beiween the CITY OF REDWO'OD CITY, a charter city and munic�pal corporation af <br /> the State of Galifornia ("City") and the CJTY OF ATHERTQN, a municipal corparation of <br /> the State of California {"User"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City has constructed and operates a police training faeility and pistol <br /> range located at 1301 Maple Street, Redwood City, Cafifornia; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has a fuil-time employee as a Firearms Training Coardinator <br /> responsible for such facility and range; and <br /> WHE'REAS', City has promulgated certain rules and regulations concerning <br /> safety, hours o#operation, and general use vf the facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, User seeks to use the training facility and pistol range af such times <br /> specified, including times when said facility would otherwise be closed and not in use; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of User to provide its own training supervisor; but it is <br /> the intent of bnth parties that the City's Firearms Training Coardinator shall have <br /> param,aunt autharity over the supervision of the training facility and pistol range. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as followsc <br /> 1.
