maintain, use, supervise, or regulat� the premises in a safe manner, or by any act or <br /> y <br /> omission of User or of any of User's afficers, emplayees, agents, guests, or inuitees, or <br /> arising from any other cause whatsoe�er, :and User hereby waives on its behalf all <br /> claims and demands against City, its officers and employees for any such (ass, damage <br /> or injury of User. User hereby agrees to indemnify and save, defend and hold City, its <br /> officers, officials; agents and employees free and harmless from any liability for any <br /> loss, damage or injury to persons or property, and from all costs, expenses and other <br /> charges arising from User's use of'the facil'ity in connection with this Agreement. <br /> 13.
