Motion to approve the <br />Minutes of the meeting of August 13, 2001 the Special Meeting of August 23, 2001 and <br />the last meeting of August 27, 2001 as submitted; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
