Enforcement of Contract. As an alternativ� to cartcellation of the Contract <br /> #or breach of any condition, City may s�ecifical{y enforce, or enjoin the breach of, the <br /> terms of this Con#ract. In the e�ent of a default under the provisions of this Contract by <br /> Owner, City shall give wriften notice to Owner by registered or certified mail addressed <br /> to t#�e address stated in this Contract, and if such a violation is not corrected to the <br /> reasonab�e satisfaction of the City within thirty (30� days thereafter, or if not corrected <br /> within s�ch reasonable time as may be required to cure the breach ar defauit i� said <br /> breach of default cannof be cured within thirty (30) days (pro�ided fhat acts to cure the <br /> breach or d�fiau[t must be commenced within thir�y (3�) days and must thereafter be <br /> diligently pursued ta completion by Owner), then City may, without fiurther notice, <br /> declare a default �nder the terms ofi this Contra�t and may bring any action necessary <br /> to specifically en#orce the obligations of Owner growing out of the terms of this Contract, <br /> apply to any cou�t, state or federal, for injunctive refief against any �iolation by Owner or <br /> apply for such ofher relief as may be appropr�ate. <br /> City does not waive any claim of de#ault by Owner if City does not enforce or <br /> cancels this Contract.
