The measures <br /> incorporated in the Project, the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program ("MMRP") and the Mitigated Negative Declaration are compatible <br /> with surrounding land uses and shall not be inconsistent with planned <br /> uses in the area within which the Site is located. <br /> 12.Implementation of control measures shall be provided as set forth in <br /> the Mitigated Negative Declaration, MMRP, and supporting documents. <br /> 13. The Mitigated Negative Declaration is adequate and in full compliance <br /> with the requirements of CEQA. <br /> 14. The Mitigated Negative Declaration adequately describes all control <br /> measures which are reasonably required to mitigate the impacts of the <br /> Project. <br /> 15.
