b) Owner shall, where necessary, restore and rehabiiitate the property <br /> acoording to the rules and regulations of the Office of the Historic Preservation of <br /> the State Department of Parks and Recreation and in accordance with the <br /> attached schedule of home improvements, attached hereto as Exhibit "C and <br /> incorporated herein by reference." <br /> c) Owner shall allow �easonable periodic examinations, by prior <br /> appointment, of the interior and exterior of the Historic Property by <br /> representatives of the County Assessor for the County of San Mateo, the <br /> Califomia Department of Parks and Recreation, the Califomia Boarcl af <br /> Equalization. the Historic Resources Advisory Committee and City, as may be <br /> necessary to determine owner's compliance with the terms and provisions af this <br /> Contract, but in any event, there shall be at least one inspectian annually by one <br /> or more representatives of the Ctty and the His#oric Resources Advisory <br /> Committee. <br /> d) Owner or agent of Owner shall provide written notice of the oontract <br /> to the Offioe of Historic Preservation within six (6) months of entering into this <br /> Contract. <br /> 5. Provision of Reauested Inforrnation. Ovmer hereby agrees to furnish City <br /> with any and all information requested by the City which may be necessary or advisable <br /> to detertr�ine compfiance with the terms and pr+ovisions of this Contract. <br /> 6. Cancellation for Breach. City, following a duly noticed public hearing <br /> pursuant to Califomia Govemment Code Sections 50280, et. seq., may cancel this <br /> Contract if it determines that Owner breached any of the conditions of this Contract or <br /> REV:i1-12-23 VR <br /> Page 4�f 13 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2013.222/842 Edgewood Road Mills Act Contract <br />
