P- 2223 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE RAIL SPUR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT THE PORT OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> (Rail Spur Improvement Project) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P-2215 adopted October 23, <br /> 2013, by the Board of Port Commissioners, the Port Executive Director <br /> requested bids for the Rail Spur Improvement Project at the Port of Redwood <br /> City, Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, four (4) bids were received for the performance of said work <br /> and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, H&H Engineering Construction, Inc., of Stockton, California, <br /> is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Board of <br /> Port Commissioners to award said bid to H&H Engineering Construction, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
