Administrative Information <br /> This Order was adopted by the Regional Water Quality Control Board on: February 8,2012 <br /> This Order shall become effective on: March 15,2012 <br /> This Order shall expire on: March 15,2017 <br /> CIWQS Regulatory Measure Number: 383087 <br /> The U.S.Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)and the Regional Water Quality Control Board have classified <br /> the discharges under this General National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES)Permit as minor <br /> discharges based on the discharges'impacts to receiving water bodies. <br /> To obtain coverage under this General Permit,dischargers must submit a Notice of Intent(NOI)Form as described in <br /> Attachment B and a filing fee equivalent to the first year's annual fee.If the NOI is complete,Authorization to <br /> Discharge will be issued by the Regional Water Quality Control Board Executive Officer. <br /> Authorized dischargers who need to continue discharging after the expiration date of this Order shall file a completed <br /> NOI form no later than 180 days in advance of this Order's expiration date. Such dischargers for whom coverage is <br /> extended will become subject to the new Order upon authorization by the Executive Officer. <br /> I, Bruce H.
