7.19 No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole <br /> protection and benefit of the signatory Parties and their successors and assigns, including <br /> Mortgagees. No other person shall have any right of action based upon any provision in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 7.20 Governing State Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of <br /> the state of California. <br /> 7.21 Exhibits.
