Proclamation honoring SOROPTIMISTS OF REDWOOD CITY, on its 50th <br /> Ariniversary and its outstanding commitment to improving the quality of life in <br /> Redwood City and helping individuals and groups achieve their full potential; <br /> Mayor Howard welcomed the eight members of the Soroptimists of Redwood City <br /> who came to accept the Proclamation.
