• � <br /> TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> The schedule for the work shail be on as-needed basis and consultant shaii be available to <br /> perform on-site with a minimum of twenty four(24) hours notice by the City. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Gonsultant shall perform the above mentioned services as requested, and on an intermittent <br /> basis in compliance with the project plans and specifications for a not-to-exceed fee of <br /> $123,565.00 for an estimated 1000 working hours for a two (2) years contract period. The <br /> consultant shall be paid hourly, considering two (2) hours minimum charge per inspection. The <br /> Consultant shall be paid monthly based on actual time spent in the field and the material testing <br /> done in the laboratory. This confiract is purely time and material on an "on-call" "as needed <br /> basis"and will be determined by the City, during construction. <br /> a. All expenses shall be included in the proposed hourly rate, considering two (2) <br /> hours minimum charge per inspection. <br /> b. The estimated service hours mentioned above are actual time spent in the field. <br /> Therefore, the proposed hourly rate must also be based on actual hours spent in <br /> the field for (2) hours minimum charge per inspection, regardless of the number of <br /> tests performed and site visits requested per day. This hourly rate shall include <br /> labor, reporting, travel, sample pick-up, technical supervision, testing equipment <br /> taxes, insurance and all other incidental charges. (i.e., there should be no separate <br /> hourly rate or mileage charged for inspectors travel time to and from the job site.) <br /> c. Actual field and laboratory services shall be on an "as-needed" basis, and will be <br /> determined by the City, during +construction. <br /> Breakdown of Fee Schedule: <br /> Field Services: <br /> Eng'g.
