The work shall be perFormed by qualified personnel with valid professional licenses and <br /> certifications. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be provided to City for <br /> verification. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> The schedule for the work shall be on as-needed basis and Consultant shall be <br /> available to perform on-site with a minimum of twenty four(24) hours' notice by the City. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE: <br /> Consultant shall perform the above mentioned services as requested, and on an <br /> intermittent basis in compliance with the project plans and specifications for a not to <br /> exceed fee of $59,979.00 for an estimated 500 working hours for a two (2) years <br /> contract period. The consultant shall be paid hourly, considering two (2) hours minimum <br /> charge per inspection. <br /> The Consultant shall be paid monthly based on actual time spent in the field and the <br /> material testing services spent in the laboratory. This contract is purely time and <br /> material on an "on-call" "as needed basis" and will be determined by the City, during <br /> construction. <br /> a. All expenses shall be included in the proposed hourly rate, considering two <br /> (2) hours minimum charge per inspection. <br /> b. The estimated service hours mentioned above are actual time spent in the <br /> field. Therefore, the proposed hourly rate must also be based on actual <br /> hours spent in the field for (2) hours minimum charge per inspection, <br /> regardless of the number of tests performed and site visits requested per <br /> day. This hourly rate shall include labor, reporting, travel, sampâșe pick-up, <br /> technical supervision, testing equipment taxes, insurance and all other <br /> incidental charges. (i.e., there should be no separate hourly rate or mileage <br /> charged for inspectors travel time to and from the job site.) <br /> c. Actual field and laboratory services shall be on an "as-needed" basis, and <br /> will be determined by the City, during construction. <br /> Breakdown of Fee Schedule: <br /> Field Services: <br /> Technician 300 hours @ $89/hour $26,700.00 <br /> Special Inspector 200 hours @ $89/hour 17 800.00 <br /> Sub-total $44,500.00 <br /> Laboratorv Testing_ <br /> Oil Content (CT 382) 10 tests @ $64/test $640.00 <br /> Sieve Analysis, Coarse Aggregate, C136, CT202 10 tests @ $78/test $780.00 <br /> Sieve Analysis, Fine Aggregate, C136, CT202 10 tests @ $78/test $780.00 <br /> REV:11-18-13 VR <br /> Page 11 of 12 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2013.232/Ninyo and Moore <br />
