Mr. Everett requested <br /> Council members to choose which attachment they wanted incorporated into the budget <br /> ordinance. <br /> Discussion followed regarding sources of funds for payment of the NPDES fees. Possible <br /> sources include the general fund or the sewer fund; Council has decided previously not to <br /> impose a local fee. <br /> Council Member Ira stated that by fiscal year 1999/2000 the money defrnitely should be <br /> coming through the sewer fund.
