The recycling and waste reduction <br /> practices referenced in this Article are intended to achieve the following goals: <br /> A. To encourage the conservation of natural resources; <br /> B. To reduce waste in landfills generated by construction projects; <br /> C. To comply with environmental goals set forth in City (Chapter 9, Article X) <br /> and State Green Building Codes (CALGreen Sections 4.408 and 5.408); <br /> D.
