2. Extension of Temporary Reduction of Subject Premises. The Reduction <br /> Period set forth in Permit Amendment No. 1 is hereby extended so that the Reduction <br /> Expiration Date is February 17, 2015 ("Extended Reduction Expiration Date"). <br /> References in the Permit Amendment No. 1 to the "Reduction Expiration Date" shall <br /> include the Extended Reduction Expiration Date set forth herein. Should the Excluded <br /> Premises be available for recapture prior to the Extended Reduction Expiration Date, <br /> the Extended Reduction Expiration Date may be revised to an earlier date by written <br /> letter agreement executed by Charlie Burton and the City Manager. <br /> 3. Ratification. Except as amended by this Permit Amendment No. 2, the <br /> Revocable Permit, including the Original Revocable Permit and the Permit Amendment <br /> No. 1, remains unmodified and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. <br /> 4. Entire Agreement. The Revocable Permit, as amended by this Permit <br /> Amendment No. 2, contains the entire and final agreement between the City and <br /> Permittee and supersedes all other agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject <br /> matter hereof. <br /> 5. Miscellaneous. This Permit Amendment No. 2 may be executed in <br /> counterparts, each of which shall, irrespective of the date of its execution and delivery, <br /> be deemed an original, and the counterparts together shall constitute one and the same <br /> instrument. The words "including" and "included," shall be interpreted as though <br /> followed by the words "without limitation." The invalidity of any provision of this Permit <br /> Amendment No. 2 as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction shall in no way <br /> affect the validity of any other provision hereof.
